Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga is a unique fusion form of exercise that incorporates elements of yoga, Pilates, aerial arts, and TRX. The hammock acts as a soft trapeze to encourage correct alignment while relieving stress in your joints. Aerial yoga can challenge your balance while improving your strength and flexibility.

Cycling

Cycling is a high energy 60 minute indoor cycling class accompanied by a unique playlist of energizing music. Cycling is challenging, fun, a great way to improve cardiovascular fitness, and burn calories. Cycling is low impact, so it is suitable for most people of all ability levels.

RIPT (Rapid Interval Power Training)

This class utilizes body weight, TRX straps, free weights and resistance bands to create an invigorating class to increase strength, agility and stamina. Using interval training as the primary vehicle, RIPT workouts drive fat stores from the body while building lean muscle tissue.
